I'm trying to pair a Wego 2 with a Nvidia Shield and it's not working. It does not appears the option "Connect with MIDI device". Any idea why it's no working?

Cross DJ Free: Vrsion 3.0.5
Android: 6.0

I don't know says that if "free" version, because I paied for it... I cannot find how to register the app. Do you know how I can do it?

Yes it does, and it work with other devices like external drives

Any news about the compatibility Nvidia Shield - MIXVIbes - Pioneer Wego?

I re-read the topic. Your issue might have to do with the app you use.

The MIDI support is an in-app purchase to the Cross Free app.

If you however purchased Cross DJ Pro then you should install that version. The Cross Free is a different app.
