I don't have any issues with my 2k+ tracks.

If you restarted it's . more likely Cross is still trying to finalise the analysis. It will go relatively fast through tracks analysed, until it gets to the non analysed.
Rooting not likely will contribute at all for this issue.

If for some reason Cross had to stop analysing this will repeat. For 6k tracks I would expect it to take several days.

Moving tracks into other folders won't work as the mediabase will catch them as new tracks.

For djing I would recommend to bring the amount of tracks way down. You roughly need 80-100 tracks for a 4 hour gig. Many of these will be frequently used. With 6k you won't use over 75pct, but these do make you loose focus and slow down your device handling.

I just tried it again with only 11 songs in a folder. Same thing. Reanalyse every reboot.

To clarify... I removed all files from my 128GB MicroSD and put one folder in it with 11 songs. I analyzed them, verified they are working correctly then restarted. Cross has to ReAnalyse every time I boot up again and no, it's not the fast analyse looking for files it hasn't already scanned. It's slow add if it hasn't every done it before - approx 4-6 seconds per song.

This is a great step for pin pointing the issue. Excludes the size.

Have you checked if there is write access to the track files. Not sure if this may be an issue, but easy to exclude as a cause.

Also please upgrade to the new Cross 3.0 which is available now.

Downloaded and installed 3.0. Analyzed, restarted, had to re-analyse. Same thing with only 11 files. Thoughts?
