Wego2 - Track Error

I've recently bought the Wego2 for use with Cross DJ, I can connect to it, the hardware mostly works, however, I get a "Track Error - No Error" when loading any type of track. The Wego has been set up as shown in the tutorial video, with a HTC One M8.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If the tracks can be played with other app I would try a reinstall.
After this first use the analysis function in the collection. Then try again to play the tracks.
Is your device rooted?

Sorry for the late reply. My device isn't rooted, however, I have found a soloution. I found that plugging in the OTG cable while the USB hub was on gave numerous issues, but, plugging the phone into the OTG cable when the USB hub was off, then turning the USB hub on got rid of the issues.

The same problem, found this app on playmarket, buy Pioneer DDJ-SB only for this APP and nothing..... Track Error - No Error

Hi, Welcome to MixVibes.
Are you using a powered usb hub.
Did you try to connect the devices in the order as described by the other user.
