Cross DJ and U-Mix Control Pro 2 (buyer beware)

Ok, so I set up everything last night and this combination gives me a very faint distorted sound through headphone jack and output to connected speaker.

I think it might be faulty. Only one phone socket allowing input out of the 4 possible options

You are not alone. Buyer beware is indeed an appropriate suffix to the topic title. I too bought the UMCP2 under the impression that it will work with Android L.

Seems all the "professionals" posting are completely content with mono, let alone the poor quality of most of the embedded audio devices mentioned.

Do not be mistaken, the audio interface of the UCMP2 does NOT work with android, full stop.
