downloaded long ago and went pro now disappeared from phone and when download wants me to pay again...
Do I have to pay twice for the same app?

Long ago would be quite relative given the age of Cross DJ for Android..
The Play Store keeps track of purchases per account, not MixVibes.
Unless something really changed there are 2 options. One is you used a different account or 2 you downloaded the other version (Free was introduced later with in app purchase options).
