CrossDJ for Android

My old dual core tablet has died, so will I see a great benefit if the new one is Quad Core with 2 Gb RAM over the old one with a dual Core and 1 Gig, or should I save myself some money and buy a dual core again?
The app works great on my JiaYu Octacore phone with 2 Gb RAM.

Hi,
It's always better to have a better cpu and a more RAM.
However, what is the type of device you would like to buy ? Quality of device is important also.

Not absolutely sure yet, but have seen some tablets using Rockchip 3166 SoC which would be extremely responsive, screen of 1280 x 600 or so would suit me fine, Can't stretch to Apple prices, and Samsung have too much detritus attached to the GUI that slows the device down.
Will report back with what i get and how it stands up in use.
