Hi,

i created a playlist within CrossDJ and i like to make a backup copy of it. I checked all folders and couldn't find anything, where does the app save the playlists?

The app uses the internal Android media library to create playlist.
You should be able to see it on Google Play Music for example.

I'm afraid you'll have to use a 3rd party app to export it as a m3u file for example.

Hmm okay, well...

found the playlist in google play music, but it doesn't contain my own track order for a specific set.

I like to add this to the feature wishlist: export and import of playlists (esp. track order etc.), so that a prepared set isn't lost when i have to reinstall/update Cross DJ and/or upgrade or factory reset my device...

I've bought Cross DJ android some days ago.
Yesterday, I was thinking that Cross DJ android was the perfect tool to build playlist in the train, or in the car, or in your bed with your smartphone, or to party with friends...
But actually not anymore because I can't export/copy/save my playlist, so if my smartphone break, or if I buy another one more powerfull, will I loose all my playlist ?
This is a really basic function, I do not understand...
Do you have any solution ?

You likely loose your playlists when switching from device or even when temporary disconnecting an sd card.
The filing systenm aof android for media is done via a Mediabase. Totally diifeferrent form Mac/Win where it is based on filelocation.

The mediabase registers every new track with a new ID. If an SD card is removed the mediabase will remove the track(s). Once mounted again every track will have a new ID...

There seem to be some more or less dedicated apps to handle playlists. Within Cross it is just based on the Android technology.

I've just bought Cross DJ Android and I can't export/copy/save my playlist.
