Yesterday I downloaded Cross DJ for my iPad from Appstore. After playing for some time I was convinced and purchase the value pack.

Today I'm viewing some tutorials and see the wonderful Waveform view that I love, but when I look for it in my app I can't find it. I have read that this a feature only for the "Pro" version.

Is not "Pro" my app? The price is the same. Can I exchange mine with the pro one free of charge?

I've tried to contact with Mixvibes using the contact-support form but I always have the same message "An error occurred while sending your message. Please try again later."

Please, be serious and help me.

Two days ago I bought Cross DJ iOS + value pack thinking it's the same as Cross DJ Pro, but it's not.

I have paid the same price that the Pro version, so I want the Pro features.
