Sync Button U-Mix Control Pro Problem

Hello,

there is a problem with the sync button of the Cross Pro app with my U-Mix controll pro.

When i press the sync button nothing happens in the app.

I have made a firmware update of the controller - not working

Reinstall the app (iOS 12.1.4) - not working

I have tested it with iPad air 2 and iPhone x with the original Apple Lightning to USB3 Camera Adapter.

Is this a bug? Could you please help me?

Is there no solution?

I use the controller with Cross 3.4.3 on notebook too. Everything works fine for years.

I think something is wrong with the mapping.

Could you please check?

I have written a mail to the support too. No reaction since last week.

Otherwise i will return the mixvibes pro app.

Sorry about the delay! We have been busy prepping the launch of Cross DJ 4 and your email slipped through.

Since the mapping seems to be working fine with Cross for PC/Mac, then something must have been screwed up with the mapping for iOS.

I will be sure to bring this up with the team to get it fixed, and in the mean time you can try using the mapping file from Cross PC/Mac with Cross DJ Pro on iOS to see if it is just an issue with the file:

thank you for your support.

I have tried to import the mapping from the PC too. It works not.

Do you know the date for a new patch?

Could the Mixvibes Team change the mapping file in the cloud for my U-Mix Control Pro?
