RemixLive won't boot iOS 10.3

MV Team,

I'm having a problem with RemixLive on my iPhone 6. I was using iOS 8.4.1 when I first noticed the issue.

I was trying to install some new sample packs I had bought from the app store. Initially there was a problem getting the sample packs that took a few days to resolve. I couldn't download them after I had purchased them, and they weren't reflected as purchased in the store. A day or two later I received a receipt Email reflecting my purchases.

I then went into the Remixlive in app store, saw my purchases were ready for download, and install and that's what I did. Remixlive briefly showed the clock indicating it was installing then the entire screen went black and then kicked me out back to my home screen.

At first I thought it was my outdated iOS 8.4.1. So I updated to the new iOS 10.3.1 and have the same problem: begins to load, sceens to black, kicks me out to the desktop. if you can please help.

Really sorry about your issue,

Could you tell us which sample packs caused the bug so we can investigate the issue ?

I'll keep you updated and get back to you as soon as the solution is fixed

I have a receipt from Apple dated 04/03/17. My purchases were Footwork, Berlin Techno, and Hybrid Trap.

RemixLive Dev team,

I noticed my iPhone 6 iOS 10.3.1 was low on space (93mb) so I backed it up and freed up some space (173mb). Downloaded Remixlive from the app store, installed, same problem as before: running, black screen, kicked back to dektop. Only difference was an error message the first time I tried to open the app: "There's no information available in the in-app store. Please try again later."

I'll try restoring the Remixlive app from my icloud and computer backup and let you know what happened.

Same, my iPad crashes exactly the same wy when starting up. On latest iOS & REmixlive version, did fresh reinstall of app.

Sending a bug report, and keeping fingers crossed.

I've recently installed the the app and it works, but I don't see any of my previous purchases under the sample pack listing.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I purchased 3 sample packs and now MV seems to have changed the format for the sample store.

How do I get a refund or a credit for the sample packs I purchased?

For our iOS apps you would have to contact Apple to get a refund:

Since dealing with Apple could be inconvenient, I can ask the rest of the team if we can look up orders for iOS, and if we can I assume it wouldn't be a big problem to send you some promo codes for your purchases.

Upgrade your device from to iOS 12 and remixlive will boot without any issue. Hope this helps your problem.
