Hiya everybody

I'm new to this making music, building tracks from scratch, it's so flipping' easy to make music on the fly. I'm buying apps for fun to produce tunes, apps such as ReMixLive, Auxy, Blocs Wave, DJay 2, GarageBand, Day Pro, Launchpad, Cross DJ, TriqTraq, MoodScaper, DRC, AudioCopy, Figure, Junglator, Different Drummer, Loopy, Loopacks, Hook, Noiz, Noise and iMaschine 2, all of them you can be producing tunes within seconds of opening the apps for the first time, its unbelievable really what is possible, I must have spent nigh on £200 on all those apps, either buying app outright, or IAP's, trying to find the one that tickles my ears to producing tunes the easiest, so far I'm lovin' ReMixLive, GarageBand both on iOS and Mac OS, Launchpad, iMaschine 2, Noiz and Noise, of these 6 Apps which are configured to uploading to SoundCloud, I've only tried GarageBand so far and that was unsuccessful, so how do I upload from RemixLive to SoundCloud, on the "Free Trial" of "SoundCloud Go+"?

Any tips?

Thanks in advance,

Mark aka JMarkyBB

You need a SoundCloud account to be able to upload. Depending on the subscription you have a increasing upload volume.

Since yesterday SC introduced a new Go subscription in some parts of the world. The 'old' Go is now Go+ (or such).

There new pricing model also lead to some technical changes. Some of the software is awaiting to be fixed. Problem is that SC isn't to open on the (new) method.

Also be aware that SC is pretty strict on kicking out uploads that may not be made by free samples only.

Hiya Ronald,

Cheers for the reply, its appreciated.

Thats the free trial I've signed up for of SoundCloud Go+, I need to know if it works and the like before coughing up £12.99 a month, alas I can't get any to upload to it, so how do I know if its for me?

Also be aware that SC is pretty strict on kicking out uploads that may not be made by free samples only.

So any Music I make/build with these apps, ReMixLive, GarageBand both on iOS and Mac OS, Launchpad, iMaschine 2, Noiz and Noise, is null and void due to restrictions by SC, because is pretty strict on kicking out uploads that may not be made by free samples only.

So are these samples not to be re-used/played and or uploaded to SC from the above apps?

Mark

The rml samples are royalty free. Provided you create a mix with more than one sample.
Can't tell about the other apps. But there's a chance these are similar.

Think sc free allows for 180 minutes upload. Other types have much more. There's no technical difference.
