Hi,

I am trying to download the full set of free sample packs to my iPhone and iPad.

I have the Deep House, Dubstep and Hip-Hop packs installed but when I try to load the Trap, Drum & Bass and Electro free packs I first get the 'Cloud download' symbol and, if I highlight the line and press Restore, I get a 'Downloading circle' but it never starts or progresses.

Am I missing something here?

Hello Peter,

Have you tried accessing the store through the menu instead of the packs collection screen?

It turns out that we may have a problem with the new "Go to store" button in the packs collection that is redirecting in a way we had not predicted, and that the problem may be fixed by going to the "main" store (by accessing it through the "Store" option of the main menu in the top left-hand corner).
