Paid twice for iOS in app purchase

Hi,

I recently changed my iPhone so I deleted the Cross DJ app. I bought the full unlock once for the app so I have all the features. After reinstalling Cross DJ on my new phone, the features were not there. According to the FAQ, you have to press restore, which I did and it failed. The next step would be to purchase the in app purchase again, and it would not be charged. However, after re purchasing the application, I was charged AGAIN for something I already paid for. Can anyone help? (I have photo proof if needed)

Likely the easiest way to go is to report this in the appstore.

Recently there was a change. There used to be a separate app for iPhone and one for iPad. This has been replaced by one iOS app.

It seems your phone changed has had some trouble.

The appstore has all your info and would be able to refund in the simple way.

If this doesn't work out please get back with mixvibes.
