I recently moved to the US from the UK. While living in the UK I bought the Cross DJ app but now can't use it. The Apple App Store told me to download it again and when I tried it asked me to pay $39.99, for a product I already own. How can I get this download unlocked?

Maybe you can try resolving this with Apple as likely you'll have this with more Apple purchases.

Maybe someone of Mixvibes knows if a change is possible. But that likely takes some time.

I have a similar issue! The difference is, I haven't moved. I am in the USA. I bought a new iPad and I'm logged on with the same user id, yet Cross DJ is asking me to purchase again.
This does not happen with any other APP so I doubt very much that it has anything to do with the APP Store. Maybe because Cross DJ is treating the purchase as an in app purchase, who knows!? Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
