I have a similar issue! The difference is, I haven't moved. I am in the USA. I bought a new iPad and I'm logged on with the same user id, yet Cross DJ is asking me to purchase again.
This does not happen with any other APP so I doubt very much that it has anything to do with the APP Store. Maybe because Cross DJ is treating the purchase as an in app purchase, who knows!? Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
