Just got my iOS Cross is and it's ace!
Is there a way in automix to fade to the next song earlier?
Can it be adjusted?
Instead of fading 5seconds before the end of the track can it be adjusted to 10? (Purely as an example)

I'm trying to end the song earlier than it does, some songs end then there is a few seconds of silence, can I automix an extra 10 seconds earlier?

As Daniel mentioned it's in settings > advanced settings.
Scroll down to Fade Time. 0-60secs.
I use 7 secs most of time. For me this seems the balance between tracks with end-silence still mixing versus no silence tracks not mixing to long.
