Hi,

I just purchased the Cross DJ remote for iPad and I'm trying to connect it to my Macbook pro running iOS El Capitan.
Im getting the known error when trying to tick the box in Cross DJ can't find U-Mix Remote.dylib.
I followed the manual and tried to create my own network but i wasn't sure how as my menu looks totally different from the one in the manual, i also tried opening the program in 32Bit but its freezing.

Fair chance the new osx has some improvements causing many apps to require to be fixed as compatibility isn't part of osx...

so what should I do in this case, I paid €10.00 for the Cross DJ remote for the iPad and I cant use it.

Is there anything I can do at this point?

Do I need an update for for the Cross DJ on my mac or an update for the Cross DJ remote on my iPad?

Might be great if you can convince Apple to not make apps disfunctional by a new release.... Last August the previous fix was needed to have the software do the same job once more...

Just to be sure it might be nice if you can provide the OS versions and app versions of both devices you use, so this isn't the source of a misunderstanding.

Setting the network normally works easy, so if you haven't any blocking software in between it isn't likely much you can do right now. In Windows there is a little more chance something blocks access in the background then with Apple.

my Macbook pro OS is El Capitan 10.11
my iPad mini iOS 9.0.2

My free Cross DJ on my macbook is 3.2.3 64Bit

the Cross DJ remote only iPad is 1.3.2 version.

But i think it's the el capitain os that's messing all things up, it's on all DJ software's sites so asking for a refund won't do you anything good because you will have the same or other problems with other DJ apps.
The only solution before updating to a newer os is to verify that it's supported

the software on my mac works fine its just the remote on the iPad mini that I have issue with.

I will request a refund and wait until the Remote app is compatible with El Capitan.
