iPad app failing to update to full version

Hello

I purchased the full app several days ago and it continues to fail to update to the full version.

I have attached the image it shows when I try to restore the purchase.

I have tried deleting the app and re-installing to no avail.

Any advice?

Hi John,

All my apologizes for the inconvenience. We face some bugs with iOS 9. The In-Apps are temporarily unavailable. Here are the different options:

1) You can wait for the new update, planned for the end of November
2) You can wait for the fix of the bug
3) You can get the Pro version, which is currently 70% off on this link:

I was under the impression I had already paid for the pro version? I paid £3.99 to unlock all the features which is obviously not working.

I don't want to have to pay again to download another version when I have already paid for this one. Can I get a refund then download the other version?
