The controller id won't be of any use. The manufacturer bundled the Mixvibes software. Having a controller doesn't automatically mean you have the right to yhe software. So best would be to try to find it.

Also be aware the LE version is supported to W7 only.

Serial Number

How can i find the serial number of the software ?
It's installed on my mac but i'd like to reinstall it but i don't know anymore my serial number.

Please help me.

Hi,

I have bought a used U-Mix Control Pro 2 with License Key for Cross DJ, which is unfortunately already attached to another profile here. I tried to send a mail to contact-team@mixvibes.com as stated in the FAQ, but the mail was rejected. Whom could I send a mail with the proof that I own the CD and the system?

if this is where /who you have sent e mails too then lets us know ,,
you should be able to access the download section with the badging that showing up :cool:

thx, the Download for Cross DJ is now possible!

Maybe you should correct that in the FAQ.

Of the mail addresses you mention I only had the "team@mixvibes.com" bounce. From what I found this isn't a published mail address, only the board member "team@mixvibes" is valid.
