Cross DJ RMT NOT CONNECTING TO MACBOOK Cross DJ FREE APP

I Downloaded the Cross DJ free demo on my Macbook pro. I have an I Phone ver 7.2.1 and i paid 4.99 for the Cross DJ RMT app and it is not connecting with my macbook app... Please advise asap Thank you.

There appears to be an issue with the new iOS version which causes connectivity problems.
It's in the hands of the devteam now.

This week we updated the remote, I think it should work now

Can i update my phone Software? Maybe that is the issue?

It may take a few days to get the app approved by appstore.
