I upgraded my iOS app to 1.8.0 as i wanted to utilise the soundcloud integration.

However since upgrading to 1.8.0 my U-Mix Control Pro 2 no longer works, I get an error message stating that the control surface is not yet mapped.. which is the same error by another user on thread (although different hardware) :

I have rebooted my iPad on several occasions as well as removing the app from the iPad and installing it once more.. but i only ever get the message stating the controller is not yet mapped.

I know the controller works as it works on both my mac and PC. I can only come the conclusion that the app may be at fault.

I have attempted to resolve this via support in-app but that channel seems to have now dried up..

If anyone has any info they can pass my way i would more than appreciate it

So I just updated my iPad to 7.1.2

Still experiencing the exact same issue

If anyone can offer assistance it would be appreciated. As I can see other posts have had the consideration of a response it wouldn't go a miss in this thread should any moderator care to visit.

There is an update waiting Apple approval.

I saw a reply stating that a new version will fix several issues.. I didn't tknow this was one of the issues due to be resolved.

I hope so but I warned the devs again about this bug.

Funny you say that..

I had an email reply and the nameless entity that sent the mail claimed there was no known fault with the hardware. And infact it had been tested on several devices with no fault.. they again advised me to check my hub/CCK etc..

Ill keep my fingers crossed an update fixes the fault.
