Support for Pioneer WEGO2

Hi,

Can you please add support for the Pioneer WEGO2 controller in the iOS app? This is the newer model of the Pioneer WEGO.

When I connect the WEGO2 to the current app-version, it recognizes a WEGO2, but controls won't work in the current version.

Mappings for the WEGO2 are exactly the same as for the WEGO, so I think you don't have invest a lot of time to support the WEGO2 too.

Thanks in advance.

Agreed! Please add support for this or explain why it may not be possible. Would LOVE to be able to use with app I just purchased. Thank you!

It's is possible, and should be done one day.

Everything cost time.

Any idea when? You used to be a little harder to get the mappings done for the controllers, now Im waiting for mappings for both of my controllers, the Denon 6000 MK2 and the WeGo2.

Hi Luziano,

The summer has nearly ende, is there any news about this subject?

In my opinion the mappings for WEGO and WEGO2 are exactly the same, so no new mappings on your side is necessary.
The only thing you need to do is "detect" that a WEGO2 is connected and use the mappings you've created for the WEGO.

We all are looking forward to your update.

regards,
Wim
