I am struggling with getting both my usb soundcard and headphone jack to output sound. I am running 1.03 on an iPad with Retina Display with the latest iOS. I can get the master channel thru my headphones or thru my Logitech USB audio adapter (sound card) but cannot get and cueing thru either channel. The USB sound card works with two other major DJ apps and I am puzzled. Any suggestions? Also I am suppose to have an option to turn the multichannel audio on and off or volume options for it because those also do not appear.

We automatically detect the soundcard, when you plug it. For the moment we don't have anything to tell you "soundcard connected", or to let you choose the master / pre cueing ouputs.

In fact, there's one way to be sure we've detected the soundcard. Unplug everything, (jack, 30 pin), go to settings: Split output / External mixer should be disabled. Plug your soundcard: if we correctly detect it, those 2 settings should now be enabled.

Now check CUE VOL / CUE MIX, and press the monitoring button(s) (above volume sliders).

With the U-Mix Control Pro, default setup is: 1/2 = master, 3/4 = pre cueing (3/4 = front jack).

Works perfect now! Just waiting for MIDI support now.... Hopefully sooner rather than later.

My Logitech USB soundboard still does not work with the app as it does not recognize it. Any suggestions?

It works with two other DJ apps (DJ Player an DJay).

What is exactly your soundcard? Can you send a link of the product page?
