Cuts and silences in CrossDJ for iPad - HELP!!!

I have many Problems with the iOS App. When I load a new Track in one of the two Players, the other one (which plays already) make silence for 2 seconds.
Earlier, before iOS6, the App works fantastic. Whats going on there?? Are there any Problems with different Files? I take MP3, WAV and the Apple-Music-File from iTunes.
Please, give me some help...
