Hi All,

Is there a way to broadcast audio wirelessly from the iPad while using the CrossDJ App?
I would like to play the audio through my PC which has decent sound while mixing on the iPad from another part of the house. No recording is necessary. I believe Airplay can do it but it doesnt seem as though CrossDj has that functionality?

to my knowlege this is currently not support but airplay with Apple tv is working.

But to your question I can give you an alternative: Use Cross DJ Free and the U-Mix Remote App for iPad. You can look here to get more information:

There you have the audio and software on the computer (or mac) and connect via wireless lan the iPad as a MIDI controller.

But this is only an alternative and not like the CrossDJ App on the iPad so let us wait for a answer of the support of MixVibes.

Seems I would have to buy the Remote app... And it doesnt seem as nice as the CrossDJ app - so I am back at square one.

Hey,

If the computer and the iPad are on the same network so the computer is connected wired with the router and the iPad with the router wireless it can connect to Cross DJ. You have to connect them first so open Cross DJ go to preferences and last tap on the preferences.
Then you say enable remote app. Open the app on the iPad and it should show up the computer name. Click on it and on the computer it will show up a question that you really want to connect the device xzy.

After that you can use the remote app with the computer and Cross DJ.

It works really stable for me.
