!>> Send your crash reports <<!

If you experience crashes with a CrossDJ for iPad on your iPad, you can help to solve those issues by sending us your crash reports.

These crash reports are stored on your iPad at the time of the crash. When you sync your device with iTunes, the reports are copied to your computer to the following folder:

If you are using a Mac:
<YOUR HOME FOLDER>/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE NAME>

The Library folder may be hidden, you should show hidden folders.

If you are running Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\<DEVICE NAME>

If you are running Windows Vista or Seven:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE NAME>

The files will start with the name of the application and contain a date stamp. All crash reports starting with "CrossDJ..." might be helpful for us.

IMPORTANT: Please put all your reports in an archive (.zip / .rar) then send your archive in attachment to this email address: report.mobile@mixvibes.com

Thanks !

Previous post of crash has been deleted but were very useful to find why the app isn't reliable right now. Developers at work... Feed them with any crash report you got.
Thanks all to be patient and thanks for your reports.
