Track error: The Format is Unknown

Brauche Hilfe! Habe mir die Pro version von Cross DJ gekauft besitze ein Tablet mit Android 4.4 und habe folgendes Problem: Wenn ich versuche Musik zu öffnen, egal ob von der SD Karte oder von Soundcloud erscheint nur ein Kästchen wo "Track error : The Format is Unknown" steht. Vielleicht kann mir jemand hier helfen...

What are the file types that do not work.

Can you play the files with an other app?

All MP3 files will not play . Neither of the SD card or SoundCloud . Other programs such as DJStudio 5 or music player on android work and play the music . Thanks for the quick feedback.

I would have guessed this being your answer. ... but had to be sure.

Not seen this before. I would recommend to uninstall and reinstall as it doesn't make sense.

Make sure to not have an other audio app active while installing.

And please let's know the result.
