Ich habe den U-Mix Control Pro 2 gekauft. Nach der Installation vom Driver 1.0.5 und der CrossDJ Software 3.3.9 auf meinem Win 7 Home Premium i7 stecke ich den Contolle ein, wie im Handbuch beschrieben. Mit dem PC Lautsprecher höre ich die Musik, sobald ich aber unter Einstellungen im CrossDJ die ASIO MixVibes U-Mix Control Pro auswähle, kommt die Fehlermeldung "das Gerät wird von einer andern Software verwendet."

Ich habe schon zwei PC versucht, bekomme aber aus dem Ausgang 1/2 des U-Mix keinen Ton raus. auch wenn ich den Kopfhörer einstecke auf der Frontseite, höre ich keinen Ton.

Könnte es sein, dass die Soundkarte im U-Mix Controll Pro 2 defekt ist?

To use Cross in 64bit you need the ASIO4ALL driver. Can be downloaded from asio4all.com.
In Preferences > Audio tab you select the asio4all driver. Click settings and select the U-Mix Control Pro (disable others).

You have to select Dual Stereo mode.

Thank you for your new approach. I installed the ASIO4ALL driver and switched of all other audio devices on my computer. The installed ASIO4ALL driver detected all audio devices and I could switch from one Audio device to the other. I could hear the music from the PC speaker and other devices like Headset but not from my U-Mix Control Pro 2. For me it looks like a damage sound card in this device, because all other audio devices play the music.

Try switching the outputs in Audio settings.
If now you have headphone only it is a setup/usage issue. If still no headphone you have a broken headphone or indeed output hardware issue.

if the former please post a screen capture of:
- audio settings
- asio4all (expanded tree)
- Overall GUI (Cross screen)
