Hallo,

kann mir bitte jemand von euch helfen bzw. sagen, warum nach Analyse eines Tracks im Cross Browser die BPM um eine Zahl zu niedrig angezeigt wird (127 anstatt der richtigen 128).
Wenn der Song im Deck geladen wurde wird komischerweise die richtige BPM angezeigt.

On import the BPM tag of the tag is read and written in the collection.

On analysis the BPM is determined by Cross. It is pretty common that the BPM is not exactly the BPM as in the tag. In many cases this is caused by conversion(s). Most important is that tracks are all measured the same way, so beatmatching can be done most accurate.

Regarding the different info: the deck shows the BPM value from the analysis file and not the value from the collection record.
Differences may have a variety of causes, from not being analysed before, being analysed using an other collection, manual input of BPM value.

If you run an analysis (e.g. BPM only) and after this it is different there would be an issue.

BTW if you hoover over the deck (moving wave) you see a pencel button. If you click it you open the beatgrid editor. change BPM *2 or /2 is an easy function here as especially with setting up a collection one usually has the BPM detection range on the most used value.

Hi Dominik, das ist mir auch schon aufgefallen und ich finde die englische Antwort nicht befriedigend.
Das ist definitiv ein Bug.

Beispiel: Ich zeig einen Song via Datei-Liste (und nicht Bibliothek) an, mit 128 korrekt getaggt.
Den zieh ich in den Player, dort wird der analysiert, auch mit 128 und in der Liste hüpft der Wert aber von 128 auf 127. Startest du neu, steht der Song auch wieder mit 128 da.

What info can you provide to support your suggestion that a track that has a tag 128 has to be 128.00 when measured.
