Why you have written this in the German Cross part? And for what's the serial? Or what have you done that you got the message?
PLEASE don't write the key in your post! I warn you because we had some people how has written their key on posts so everybody could read them.

So please give us details about what typ of product and what have you done?

ich gehe davon aus, dass Du deutsch sprichst - richtig :-) Also folgendes: ich hab zwei Mixvibes Produkte gekauft, 1 x das DVS mit Soundcard und Cross (heisst glaub Cross Pack, richtig) und dann noch die Konsole U-Mix Conrtol Pro mit Cross. Beide Sereinnummern habe ich in meine Profil hinterlegt (ich gehe davon aus, dass Du beide siehst...); ich hab beides schon vor einiger Zeit gekauft, hat aber alles nicht so richtig funktioniert, da mein PC / Notebook zu alt war und ich im Regelfall mit zwei 900ern und Rekordbox aufleg. Jetzt hab ich mir einen neuen Rechner gekauft, Cross dort installiert und dann bekomme ich bei Aufforderung, den Schlüssel einzugeben. Das hab ich gemacht und dann kommt INVALID LICENSE KEY; dies passiert bei der DVVV......Kennung. Was muss ich tun?? Soll ich mal den anderen License key versuchen? Danke für avsio, LG, Michi

Jetzt haben wir den thread wohl zu früh verschoben, dachte das du nur englisch sprichst und dann besser im englischen Teil des Forums aufgehoben bist. Naja ich kann das leider gerade nicht rückgängig machen, da durch Umstrukturierung des Forums noch nicht überall die Rechte richtig gesetzt wurden.

Folgendes also du willst deinen Cross Key nutzen. Die Kennung ist nicht Software spezifisch so weit ich weis. Hast du mal den zweiten Key versucht in deiner Serial Liste? Da sollten ja zwei stehen.

Wenn nicht müssten wir an den OffiziellenSupport gehen, das die dir deinen Key aus dem System Auslesen.

Schau mal was passiert, wenn den anderen Key versuchst.

nun noch für die Englsichen Kollegen:

Hey guys we moved the thread to the international support section because it was only an English post so we moved it. I have no permission to move the thread back to e German Cross section. So if someone could do this for me would be nice. He has an problem with his current installation. He bought a new computer and want to run their Cross but the key he copied from the board from his personal profil section is not working. But he has there normally more than one key because we can see at the side two product.

hhhhmmmmm......ich glaub, da hab ich irgendwas Grundlegendes missverstanden: kann ich denn nicht eine Software für DVS und Konsole benutzen???? Das sollte doch machbar sein, oder was ist der UNterschied zwischen Cross und Cross DJ......Ihc hab die Software hier aus dem Forum geladen - war doch korrekt oder? Sorry for that, aber ich bin der absolute Rookie, da ich bis dato immer mit Rekordbox gespielt hab......

Danke für Eure Hilfe.....ich möchte einfach eine Software haben, die ich mit DVS und Konsole bedienen kann und die mit Rekordbox synchronisiert werden kann.....auch das sollte ja (angeblich) funktionieren......oder?

Der Unterschied zwischen Cross und Cross DJ ist, das eine ist ein DVS Programm und das andere (Cross DJ) ist nur für MIDI Controller gedacht. Also wenn du mit Vinyl oder Controll CDs arbeiten willst musst du Cross nehmen. willst du nur mit HID oder MIDI arbeiten geht dies auch mit Cross DJ.

Sonst ist die Software identisch, lediglich das eine Feature ist bei der einen Version nicht vorhanden.
