,,give info about whats going on and if possible screen shots of MIDI mapping page ,,
this seems to be the area of concern
not sure if the version of Cross has MIDI take over function in it ,whereas if the MIDI control get out of sync with the position of the gui then it has to catch up /get in location of gui ..
also info on what you have tried to do to correct this problem ,,as not to suggest something already tried ,,
and just for you benifit regerster as not to loose the licence key if you ever need it it will be safley stored in your profile .
