I would suggest to go back to basics. Start as clean as can be achieved.

Delete all installations.
Manual remove the mixvibes.settings file
Disconnect any device.
Install 3.3.5
Create a new collection. Add some tracks.

Play around...
Add devices (and restart Cross).
Play around...

Change to a copy of your collection
Play around...

Hope this sheds a light as to the where it might go wrong (and basically excluding options).

I find the problem, it was my graphic card (nvidia ge force), with a update of the driver mixvibes works, thank you for you help Rojec

Makes sence, as ever since 3 the video was part of Cross. In 2.6 it was an add-on, which I suppose you didn't have. Glad you found it and you may become happy user again.

Your driver likely was 'pretty old'. In the introduction days of the video in Cross updating was pretty much recommended. Some simple solutions get lost in time....

As Nvidia keeps improving it might be worthwhile to install Nvidia GeForce Experience which notifies you of updates.
