Grace period for updating to Cross DJ 4?

Hello,
I just run into an awkward situation and need some help here.

I just bought my Cross DJ 3 days ago. Then I found that the pre-order and early access for Cross DJ 4 have been out already since March 20, which is only two day before the day I purchased Cross DJ 3. :eek: But I didn't see any, like reminder or something to tell the beta is out through the whole purchase process, and it was at Mixvibes's official shop :(

So my question is:
1) Do mixvibes provide like a grace period for recent purchases to upgrade to Cross DJ 4 license? Or
2) can I get my refund for my Cross DJ 3 license? I can't find any refund policy either.

Or maybe other solutions? Cause to me it sounds so weird if I need to pay again to get the update for what I just bought two days ago.

I also want to suggest to put a brief notation at Mixvibes 's Cross DJ page and Shop page. If I knew that I would just go for Cross DJ 4 beta instead.

If I buy a value pack for Cross DJ, can I change fade time to 40 sec? On versions for android it was possible to change fade time to 1 min.

Clicked on the FAQ link today and it does not work. However, the Help link includes a FAQ and other topics as a drop down menu. The FAQ there includes CrossDJ as one of the sections, but it appears that it may all be the computer version, rather than mobile.

Isn't there a manual for the mobile version? I run into problems that I can't seem to find any documentation for.
