Hello everyone,

The problem with the SSD is that these are flash drives. After a huge write-process count the sector is broken. This is normal. So after a few years the disc is smaler.
For a OS with swaping like Windows and Linux and also Apples OSX use a huge amount of write processes on the ssd. After 100.000 write process a sektor is broken.

I have a few SSDs from Intel for work but these are not realy good for daily performance. I know from a professional performance specialist that ssds are good for data which is not often rewrite and mostly only readed. If you write permanently on the disk, the disk will be smaler after a few weeks or month. (Information from Intel)
