mp3 codec update installer lamesmc 3.98.2

this is a update to the lame mp3 codec
its the new lameamc 3.98.2 this was tested by me
works much better with latency's

when you download the file take all the files out of the zip in to a folder

on your decktop so u find them easy
now to to the file named LameACM

left click over it hit install .

windows should say some bull about u installing it just say yes

and now get to rocking the vibes hard
