how could i gain sound to from output from inter face to mixer??

i'm not sure i fully understand your question. can you explain your problem ?

I HAVE MY MUSIC ON MY COMPUTER PLAYING BUT THE MUSIC IS NOT SENDING A SIGNAL TO THE U46 INTERFACE FROM OUT THE MASTER RCA PORT TO MY MIXER. IN ADDITION U46 IS NOT RECOGNIZING THE SIGNAL FROM CD PLAYER TO U46. WHAT DO I DO IN THIS CASE? THE INSTALLATION IS CORRECT.

We need more info about your set-up to understand your problem.....in your user control panel / profile / hardware box down the bottom, put in your set-up for all to see

What is your software? Did you update to the latest version? Can you post here a config report file?

i have mixvibes DVS. i just updated with the current software. no progress. my computer cant find a file listed as configure report. i have to create a new one.

Config report doesn't generate a file by itself
It opens a notepad windows with information in it
you need either to save the file (config.txt in MixVibes folder)
or to select the texte copy it and paste it to your post
It seems you didn't select the right sound configuration in MixVibes, and we really need this config report to give you a more detailed answer

it doesn't save into a config report. i've saved my current project. maybe i'm doing this wrong. could you explain a little more on how to create a config report.

From the soft go to files-> config report copy & paste on the forum

what am i copying and pasting? i don't understand.
