I ask you to do do the full update & uninstall install U46MK2 then to do the config assistant when launching Mixvibes.
Please dont make me regre t going with mixvibes.

Mixvibes do more for support than its competitors.

I spend quite a lot of time to answer to any problems.
Just think I may have some hours for me during weekend & specially the saturday. I bcan't be there 24H a day 7 days a week.
Anyway; nobody can just buy a DVS system & be on stage on the fly that's what you tried to do without any knowledge of the product.

I did the update uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. I run the config assistant everytime i load up mix vibes because something is always messed up with the configuration. My power settings have always been set to "always on". The problem still happens.

I know the software is good when your using a $500 soundcard. I've been using mixvibes in my studio for 3 years with an FA-101. I just thought that a soundcard that you guys marketed specifically for the softwear wouldn't have so many problems.

:offtopic:
The gig went alright. I just switched over to winamp when Mixvibes started acting up. You should try testing the soundcard on alot of systems and hammer out all the details before putting it on the market. I feel you guys would have a stong competitive edge with Serato and Final Scratch if you did this and you wouldnt have to spend so much time dealing with softwear/hardware problems on the forums.

Please don't take this as a bitchy rant. I love my mixvibes setup in the studio and have been a strong supporter for quite some time. I never have wanted to switch over and I know the Mixvibes team works very hard to cater to its clients.

Thanks for all of the help,
I know I was rushing a little too much,
Alan

ps. Any other ideas to solve the static problem?

Hi,

Did you try a 512 samples buffer size? By the way your computer seems to be very close to the minimum required (512 mb of RAM). Can you try to add some more RAM?

You should also set Windows background on service priority.

Best regards,
