hey

i have this program 1 week now . Not working very well till now . But i think the program is OK .

Problem : big distortion ( digitalized distortion ) playing a song ,loading and beatmatching other song
It comes and goes away . Not always but enough to be ....
checked all connections . Nothing wrong there i think . ground of my TT are on my mixer not on the soundcard .
I believe it has something to do whit peak performance on my processor . Going to 100 % ( latency set on 11ms )
Laptop 2,4 pentium 4 512 M

Also when calibrating deck 2 i have this phase inversion ??? Same TT as deck 1

check the virus manually I would suggest

its not usual if the CPU always gets up to 100% with your setup

the cpu is noy always at 100% . Somethimes but most of the time ok .

VIRUS CHECK ???

hi ,

what is your computer ? laptop or desktop ?
did you optimized your computer for audio ?
background service activate ?
do you have an anti-virus or other program running in background ?
if yes , try to close them .

else more info will be necessary...

hey

It s a laptop .
ground from TT are on my mixer .

i did some optimising for audio but is you have more tips there welcom .

I closed anti virus and my internet connection i turn of .

The biggest problem i think when i load a son CPU is going 100% cpu maybe thats a problem

O yes why when i calibrate deck 2 it says there is phase inversion .

Hope to get this ( i think great program ) working

have you analysed your track ?

edit : phase inv is normal if you have shure m44-7 cardridge.

i have analysed a song .. See not mutch hapening Do you get a message after analysing ?
CPU is going 100 % when i start analysing .

I have the new MKII soundcard whit the DVS package

you must create a mediabase ,
after with explorer view you scan your directory where your mp3 are saved for add track in the mediabase ,
save your mediabase ,
right click in a track in mediabase and analyse ,
save your mediabase .

be carefull : analyse a track take some time and if you have a lot of files your computer will be work a long time.

you can select a packet of files by clicking to the first and press shift key + click the last
or
if you want to start analyse when you go to sleep you can select all with Ctrl+A .

When a track is analysed you see the bpm value of your track in the mediabase and the next time you load it you minimise the cpu ressource of your computer.

try this with a packet of file and see.
