hey,

what typ of files are them and are they drm protected or any special codec? some more information like which format and so on would help us to help you with your problem.

So please give us some more details about the music files you want to load and which software (version, name and so on) do you use.

regards
Christian

Hey,

From what have you downloaded them? You can see at the preferences of the file (right click at one file and preference -> there should be an entry "typ" or something equal) there should be something like mp3 or wave or other audio formats. If m4a to my knowledge is of working with your current software.
There is still the open question which software and version you use.

Hey,
Can you plug and play an mp3 file to the program into a deck and play it?

If not some dtails where it stops like:
loaded and title is visible at the deck a or b where you loaded the track but is to running when pressing play
Or
Can't load the deck wil be empty

These two versions are different errors so could you please test it?
also how do you import the songs? I mean how do you do it (in normal case)

Regards
Christian

  two thoughts,,,have you read the insturuction manual and trying to inport them that way,,,,second thought would be to download the free ver of Cross DJ and see if there is any differences,,,do you have any mp3 that have been accuired other than downloading from cd copies,,maybe drm has got you,,copy right protection,,,,first have seen this issue to this extent,, have files on my system not reconized by Cross but they are copies of music from cd in wav form and still have the copyright protection on them
