not reading my music

i have tried downloading the Cross DJ thing and for some reason it doesnt recognize my turntable. this thing has me agravated

you have downloaded the software can you inport any of your files to the program, i know its the free Cross DJ what version and can you use the software properly to find the differences if any should be the reason you are not able to import files if the free version can

just a thought have you tried to see if there are any update for the software and have you down loaded them yet

yup checked all downloads... cant import anything read manual front to back no help then of course technical support isnt open

the reason for downloading the free version was to see if the software is able to see your music,, if its not then the protection has it,. hate to suggest going to youtube and downloading a music file and see if the software can import it

could you please sum up your issue?

I understand you didn't manage to load music, but:

- What did you try to do this? Which action? Which menu?
- Did you get an error message?
- Which version of Cross Discover DJ do you own? If it's not 1.3.2, go here and get it.
