Cannot hear sound from red playback.

When I drag a media to the red/right playback, it will not play any sound to me, but the waves and equalizer is showing the sound. I can only play the yellow/left playback, and have it play sounds i can hear.
Help, I want to fix this.

please help me, i got this for my birthday 2 days ago, and i really want to know how to use it correctly, and make everything work :c

Hey,
First of all please register your software here in the forum under personal profil. There is a serial section where you have to enter your MixVibes Serial. These are forum rules that no support without registration.
And after registration please give us details like which software, version, computer specifications and which sound card.
With the information that something is not working we can't see and do something. We need as much information as possible.
