Hey how do I get my serial number, I purchase a copy of MixVibes Cross DJ from the Apple Store. I paid for it and got a instant download,however I didn't get a serial number with it. How do I get one.Or how could I locate it. Also I have a Windows base laptop as a back up, do I need to purchase another copy of Cross DJ to work with it.

Could you please see if you have any emails from the Apple store regarding your purchase have a serial number on. Sometimes the serial is in one of these emails.

I check my receipt it don't have the serial number so I PM the MixVibes team member as you suggest.
Hope this matter could be resolved.
Also I ask them about the use of the software on my Dell Laptop.

send your applestore receipt to jiel by pm to get a serial. Applestore doesn't give serials ( ) You will be able to download a windows version.

I send my Apple store receipt to Jeil, but up to this time no response

It looks like jiel has sorted it for you. You have the CrossDJ title under your user avator.

Please check your User Control Panel > Profile

Apple doesn't provide Licence Key, cause we don't need to check your purchase (thanks Appstore )

MixVibes checks your purchase thanks to your Apple receipt, and adds you to the Cross DJ group, but you won't receive a Serial Number as you don't need it.
