Hi,

I recently purchased a U-Mix Control 2 which came with Cross LE (great hardware & software BTW). Unfortunately my hard drive died therefore I need to reinstall it to a new system. The problem is that even though I have the CD I lost the CD pouch which contained the serial code - and yes I know I'm an idiot for not writing it down etc.. the program is unusable without a serial. Is there any way I can retrieve my serial or possibly get a new one or is that it?

Hello Brian,

when registering in this forum you are able to enter your serial in your profile. If you would have done this you could easyil recover your serial.
Now that your serial is gone I do not see any chance to get it back.

I intended on registering on this forum but my hard drive broke and I was unable to use my PC. Is there any mods/admins that could give me a definite answer on this? Obviously I have proof of purchase.
