MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

I've bought the MixVibes DVS Ultimate package from juno.co.uk and the CD license key that came in the box is invalid. I've inserted the key various times with no luck. I suspect that there are some characters missing as the format is not correct!

The key I got is in the format(there seems to be 2 chars missing):
XXXXX-XX XX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

I've sent PM's to N-Deep and community@mixvibes but have not received any response.

Please help!

welcome to the community and this sounds not good. I have maybe a silly question but are you shure you have the right number? Normaly it is at the CD sleave.

When did you wrote to them? It can take a few minutes up to two or three days (depends on the days).

You have done the right thing, but the MixVibes team work office hours so unfortunately you probably will not hear anything till tomorrow morning.

But please rest assure that your problem will be sorted out.

I checked and double checked. The License key printed on the CD sleeve is invalid. There is a gap in between some of the chars...I read somewhere on this forum that the License key is 28+ chars long, where mine is only 28 including the "-".

I wrote to MixVibes team via PM on Friday last week and sent them my License key as I got it...

is not correct it's a fact the second group needs 5 not 4. Send a picture of your cd sleeve to djcommunity@mixvibes.com by mail. Thank you.

You can understand my persistence, I have the DVS Ultimate Pack for almost a week now without being able to try it yet...

Still no reply guys....
How long does it take to generate a new License Key?

Proof of purchase has been supplied and approved...
Please, I'm thinking of returning this product....
