Dear Mixvibes,
Still no response and no License Key..
I have the DVS Ultimate Pack now for 2 weeks without using due to receiving an invalid license key in my box. I'm desperate now!
I am a legitimate customer, have paid in full and have provided proof of purchase that has been confirmed. Please can I have a definite answer as to when I will be getting my new License key? I've been waiting since last week Thursday(11 August) for the new License Key to be generated when my query was forwarded to your Logistics department that handles the registration of new keys!
Can it take so long??
I can see how users are rather downloading and cracking the software, it's much easier and takes less time than "going down the right road". Download, Setup, Crack - and you're ready to go! The only downfall being that one does not get support from this Forum.
I do NOT in any way support or suggest downloading/cracking software, as in most cases your computer is infected by some Trojan or Virus at the same time, but this is what I am looking at now!
Please help!, I have but only heard excellent things about the MixVibes Software Suit, and this is why I have chosen to purchase the DVS Ultimate Pack.
