Ive been emailing all day about my licence key not working. It keeps telling me that it is invaild while i am trying to install. Can someone help me please. Can I either get a new licence key or maybe reset the one I have.....ANYTHING!!!!

I tested out the license keys here in the office, they are valid. They even are recognized on the Forum!

I still have the same issue. I am unable to install the software! I was able to successfully register Vfx Control in the forums, but I am unable to install the software on my PC.

I need this problem resolved immediately.

Can you PLEASE be more precise? What happens when you try to install? What does NOT happen? Did an error message occur?

The problem has been resolved. I received a new license key today via email. So now everything is working, but it took 3 weeks!

Looking through the forums it looks like this is not an isolated issue.
