Connection Problems

Discover DJ was working fine. Installed web cam and DJ stopped working. Uninstalled the web cam and softwares but DJ still wont connect. Uninstalled mixvibes software then reinstalled, still having the connect problem. What else is could be prevented the connection problem? Helpl please...
