i-Mix issues

Postby sourjello73 on 23 Jul 2011, 05:29

Alright. My DJ-Tech i-Mix just came in the mail with mixvibes, and I've had nothing but problems. I installed it on my PC (Windows XP, SP3), it didn't work (saying the controller wasnt plugged in), I read up on why, downgraded to SP2, and still having problems. I plug my controller into the usb port and the Power light comes on and stays on. I can run mixvibes just fine, but i cant like.. sync the controller to the computer or something. I go to Preferences > Options > MIDI, and theres nothing listed under the Device dropdown bar, but my i-Mix is listed in the MIDI file box... I have no idea what to do now, any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Chris
