HI i just bought a U-Mix controller,but i could not find the audio device,so i can't use speaker and headphone as well,i guess maybe this one was broken and when i plug on all the things i can control my controller but i could not find the audio device from the preference just can use built in out-put!!!!what 's wrong with that???and sometime i can't move this controller when it was plug on,if i move sometime the controller just power off!and after few min restart again!really don't know what's problem,i have a gig soon,please tell me the solution!

and i use macbook pro,and with Cross DJ 1.5.1 with U-Mix controller,please give me a solution!

It seems that you U-Mix Control Pro ist broken. Please contact your vendor and exchange it.

Are you talking about the U-Mix Control Pro?

If so, then have you tried to upgrade your firmware for the device. If not then please look at this thread and follow the links, it might help you

Once this is done, go to your download centre and download the CrossDJ 1.6 update.

Thanks you it's work now,so every time you up grade the Cross DJ I have to up date my firmware ?right?or only this time?

I believe, just this time only.

You should be OK just to upgrade CrossDJ whenever there is a update and not worry about the device's firmware.

The only time you need to upgrade the U-Mix Control Pro firmware is when the Dev team has to correct a bug or sort a issue out in the device's firmware.
