Once this is done, you will be able to update Cross to the latest version, Cross 1.6

I use the Hercules RMX with Cross and CrossDJ and will be able to help you get up and running. What seems to be the problem?

Can somebody help me?I've just brought Cross DJ and can't figure out why Cross DJ won't find music on my external hard drive when the majority of musc has been imported? Also how do i import new music that I put on my hard drive? Any help would be appreciated!

Hey you can import directories or files. Go to data -> import directory -> select the directory you want to import. Wait as long as the process is going!

When you added some more tracks you can import the directory again. Cross DJ is only loading the files which are currently not in the list.

I think that you should update your software. Once this is done your RMX should be recognized automatically due to the hot-plug technology.
The RMX is natively mapped in Cross DJ as you can see in the product page:
